Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
A: G by GUESS Online accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PAYPAL, G by GUESS GIFT CARDS, GUESS GIFT CARDS and MARCIANO GIFT CARDS. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. GUESS reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Q: If I don't already have a PayPal account, how can I get one to use on GbyGUESS.com?
A: You can register for a PayPal account by visiting www.paypal.com and clicking on the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page. After you complete the registration form, PayPal will send you a confirmation email. It will contain instructions to complete the registration process. Once your PayPal account has been created, you can use it to pay for products at GbyGUESS.com.

Q: Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
A: G by GUESS is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to most states.

Taxed states include: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington. Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses in other states.
