What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?

GBG Los Angeles Online accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and GUESS GIFT CARDS. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. GUESS?, Inc. reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. International forms of payment are not accepted for domestic orders.


Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

GUESS?, Inc. is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to most states.

Taxed states include: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington. Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

*For Second Day and Next Day shipping, orders must be placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. PT to be shipped the same day. Packages will be shipped and delivered Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. PT on Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday do not ship until the following Monday.



Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow an average of one additional business day for processing, and note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no extra charge to you. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including shipping/billing verification and credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. During peak holiday periods, orders may take longer to process and ship. Once an order has been processed, actual delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. GUESS?, Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control, including but not limited to disruptions to the UPS or USPS networks. Under any circumstance, GUESS?, Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Second Day and Next Day shipping services are not available for certain remote destinations.


We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped to APO or FPO boxes within the United States are automatically shipped via USPS ground; delivery timelines for these orders vary depending on location. Some items may not be eligible.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination, or place your order by phone at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444-8377)


How do I track my order?

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package with UPS. You can track the progress of your package(s) Order Tracking.
